Coaching

Some individuals  find it much easier to learn on a one to one basis rather than in a group.  Coaching allows them to do this.  It is a process that helps an individual focus on what they want to achieve. It is about focusing on the future rather than dwelling on the past.  Coaching is a way of helping a person to develop by:

  • guiding
  • supporting
  • generating ideas
  • creating opportunities for learning
  • reflecting
  • reviewing and evaluating progress

Another way of looking at coaching is that it is time for you.  A time to consider where you are, where you have been, and where you are going

I offer 1-2-1 coaching which can be carried out either face to face or over the phone – or a combination of both.

I start the process with an initial consultation, followed by a pre-coaching questionnaire to be completed and returned by the client.  We will then jointly set goals and focus on the areas of concern.  This enables you to get the maximum value from the sessions.
