Penny Wing – Business Owner & Manager

Penny founded Wings Business Services in 1989 at the request of several ex-colleagues who wanted to use her expertise to project manage campaigns for them.  Using her extensive experience in sales/marketing, training and customer services she found her niche in telemarketing.

Penny is author of the booklet Cold Calling for Hot Leads.  She also runs training programmes on telemarketing skills as well as 1-2-1 coaching, teaching people how to get themselves appointments or promote their business over the phone.

Penny is known for her professionalism and down to earth warm approach.
